OH- will also be 0.1 M there's no other agent which is adding OH- except for H20 which will add 10 raised to the power of -7 M H+ which is too small to be considered with 0.1M.
NH3 reacts with H20 and forms NH4+ and OH- and as after addition of OH- due to common ion effect eqm will.shift backwards hence dissociation of ammonia will tend to zero.
Kb is eqm const hence it will not change and pH can be verified via calculations.
