@sri the alkene has 4 alkyl groups attached around the double bond,
it has high steric hindrance.
so addition of hydrogen will take place, but it wil be tougher.
so when compared to the other 3, it is least reactive

@sri It can also answered by checking stability of alkene. in d) no. of alpha hydrogen is 12 hence more stable. So doesn't easily undergo catalytic hydrogenation.
