@nishant-thakre another way of doing it by taking 16 common from denominator and then applying formula of integration [1/(a^2+x^2)]. x^4 can be written as [(x^2)^2 ] .Derivative of x^2 is 2x dx .Thenthe whole integration is multiply and divided by 2 . There is a direct formula.
