K and Ca are from same period.
Ca has more Zeff than K
So first ionisation of Ca is heigher .
K+ and Ca+
K+ attained noble gas config . And if it loses another electron this will break.
Ca+ if lost another electron and became Ca++ then it will attain noble gas config.
So second ionisation for K is more .
