Anniline is the nitrogen derivative of benzene - C6H5NH2. It is a weak base and HCl is strong acid(conjugate of anniline).
A buffer solution is formed when appreciable quantities of a weak acid and its conjugate base(or vice versa) are mixed together in aqueous solution.
Hence as anniline has 2 H+ per molecule there should be half as many equivalents of the acid to form a buffer.
