The four points are (0,1),(3,0),(0,3/2) and (1/k,0)two conditions are possible:
Circle passes thru four distinct points
Or it is tangent at one point.
One condition is solved by @ashishdeosingh
For other: one point (3,0) and (1/k,0) can be same at k=1/3
For this k there will be one distinct circle.

yes . you are correct. i did just solved to get amswer

@ashishdeosingh is λ=2 also possible? in power of point we will equate distances then mod also comes right?

mostly know.
it was better to use family of lines.
use the teo given line and xy=0 use family of curve , and apply condition for circle.
