trans isomers have more boiling point.
and for water solubility check the dipole moment of the compounds..

In cis and trans, melting point of trans is more as packing efficiency of trans is more and as packing efficiencyefficiency, m.p increases coz stability of lattice increases...in (B) dipole moment of cis is more...in (C) B.P of cis is more bcoz as dipole increases B.P increases...in (D) dipole of trans is additive ans that of cis is substractive so water solubility of trans is more as its dipole is more...so ans. sud be (D)
