@SiddharthaGhosh they are not asking at t=0 seconds in question it is asked at the time when we switch off the switch while some current is already there... The concept is the inductor doesnt change the magnitude of current immediately.. So even after the switch is turned of the inductor will try to make the current flow in small circuit between resistance and inductance. for some time... Hence making the bulbs glow for some time even after the switch is turned off

@PratimeJaiswal I too agree with Pranay Singh Caz this circuit is working in breakdown which means voltage across zener is constant :6volt.. So voltage across resistor is 4 volt.. Hence current sud be 4/6 milli ampere
