My doubt is:" Doesn't inulin undergo tubular secretion like PAH"? Please explain.

@anag inulin is a polymer of fructose
Can someone please explain my doubt:" Doesn't inulin undergo tubular secretion like PAH"?
Or does inulin undergo only filtration— no tubular secretion?
Since one litre of plasma contains around 0.94 l of water, the ultrafiltrate concentration of inulin is Cp/0.94. 2 All ultrafiltered inulin molecules pass to the urine. In other words, they are neither reabsorbed nor secreted in the tubules. Inulin is an exogenous substance - not synthesised or broken down in the body.
