Electeic potential is an intensive property because it is not depending on amount if substance, it is same for the reaction based on number of electrons transfer. It's a potential difference based on electron number. But in case of gibbs free energy if you go back and see the exact equation with a entropy you will get that entropy is a measure of randomness and it is an extensive property which can decide the property of gibbs free energy.
Gibbs free energy is a maximum work done by a system and it will be depending on the energy and that will be from the amount of substance whether it is in a bulk order not.
Every property can not be explained by an equation as if you consider this from pressure as a scalar quantity you will find two vector side in the equation. So always try to take it conceptually with a proper practical example which will help explaining you. But it was a nice question you asked based on the equation.
