Ans=(3)..But it does not show that much appreciable solubility on increasing temp..(I read it somewhere but could not find the lines...Not sure though )..And option 1st is also correct
NaHCO3 is a salt of a weak acid, H2CO3, and a strong base,NaOH. Since carbonic acid is a weak acid, it remains undissociated. the solution becomes basic due to the presence of additional OH- ions produced by hydrolysis.

SOO SORRY..I HAVE INTERPRETED WRONG I THINK.
basically nahco2 gives H2CO3, and a strong base,NaOH.....carbonic acid is a weak acid, it remains undissociated..so the whole solution will be basic..
and naoh is a strong base.
