It is simple when there is complete nuetralisation the the heat will be maximum
Complete nuetralisation will happen when there are same number of equivalents of acid and base
Given the acid is 1M with nf=1 and base 0.5 M with nf=2 so their number of equivalents are same. So, now we only need same volume of each of them
