Answer is option 3. Why not option 1 as here Fe is getting reduced so can't we directly subtract ?

To get redox we need to remove electrons from final equation and the reaction whose EMF we need
in that Fe^+2 is in RHS and also to cancel electrons we have to put them in opposite side so we reverse second equation to fulfill our both (above written) conditions and when we reverse second eqn +0.41 became  0.41 and on adding we get EMF of asked equation.
