Alongwith rate of physisorption , can we also compare rate of chemiosorption if critical temperatures of gases are given ?

But in chemisorption , its just like other chemical reactions . Bond formation takes place .
Like , H2 is able to get attached to the metal surfaces (which we use as catalyst) but thats its chemical property , other gases may not behave like that.
