Rotatation

ans a while applying the parallel axes theorem, when i use the acis from centre and perpendicular , i get the correct answer . But when i use (ML^2)/3 , i am getting tye wrong ans why??

@ScienceClub in parallel axis theurom we can only write it about com and not any random point as i have shown in my solution, i hope this is clear now
