    1. K2Cr2O7 + 3H2SO4 + 6NaCl –>2CrO2Cl2 (red gas) + 2KCl+ 3H2O+3Na2SO4

    2)CrO2Cl2 + NaOH ==>Na2CrO4 + NaCl + H2O

    3)NaOH+KCl==>KOH+NaCl

    4)Na2CrO4 + 2H2O2 + H2SO4 → CrO5 + Na2SO4 + 3H2O

    5)H2SO4 + 2KOH → K2SO4 + 2H2O
    There are a lot of parallel reactions in this question ...so I guess we must go for the possibilities
    Since the the significant ones are A)CrO2Cl2-->5
    B)Na2CrO4-->7
    C)CrO5-->6
    5+7+6=18....since the right answer is 18 ...I guess they are predominantly focusing on chromium compounds
