  • @Shreya-Nair-0 OPTION A- The vapour pressure of the solution becomes lower than the vapour pressure of the pure solvent ..hence option is incorrect
    OPTION B -Rate of evaporation decreases due to lower vapour pressure ..hence option is incorrect
    OPTION C -Adding non-volatile solute to the solvent decrease the vapour pressure and it also decreases the surface area from where condensation occur. ... And we now vapour pressure decreases when non volatile solute is added. So definitely rate of condensation decrease. Therefore option C is also incorrect
    NONE OF THESE is the right option
