• @ABCDMA-ABCDMA If it is negative then f"(X) is negative then f'(X) is decreasing function means f'(X) is negative therefore f(X) is also decreasing means f(1)<f(0) that is f(1)<1 then also all the four options will be the answer.
For always positive it is coming less than equal to 4/3 then for sometimes f"(X) negative and positive then it will already be less than 4/3 as for always positive it is increasing then also less than 4/3 then for negative cases or any other cases the graph will be less than the always increasing graph therefore it will also be less than 4/3 then also all the four options are coming as answer.
